Statement to All Imbuildings App Users

Dear user,


We are aware of issues affecting the NFC functionality within the Imbuildings app on certain Android devices that have recently been updated to Samsung One UI 8.0.


This issue is caused by a known compatibility error in Samsung’s latest One UI update. According to Samsung, the problem will be fully resolved in the upcoming One UI 8.5 update.


In the meantime, you can use the following temporary workaround:

  1. Open the Imbuildings app.

  2. Go to Settings > Connections > NFC and Contactless Payments on your device.

  3. Turn NFC off, then back on.

  4. Try using the NFC function in the app again.

We understand this may cause inconvenience and sincerely apologize for the disruption. Imbuildings is closely monitoring the situation and will inform users as soon as a permanent fix becomes available through a software update.
