SNG to Cloud settings

Step 1: Go to https://www.im-motion.com/downloads/ and download the SNG tool.

Step 2: Connect the SNG via usb cable to your pc and start the tool.

Step 3: on the below screen press NO

Step 4: on the below screen press NO as we do not have the software on that pc

Step 5: In the screen below you change the Server settings as is shown below.

Change to : sng.im-motion.net
Or if you have a 3G/4G sng : 83.96.213.13

Once done click on Finish

On the next screen you can verify the details.

Please Note: on this screen you have the possibility to copy the SNG hardware id and Node hardware id. It is recommended to copy them to a text file so you can easily claim the devices in the cloud environment.

Now disconnect the SNG and place it back.

You can now navigate to our cloud and login or create an account.
